RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
At Kokoro, we take great pride in providing high-quality clothing for our customers. However, due to the nature of our business and the fact that many of our products are limited edition or custom-made, we have a strict no return and no refund policy.
- Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- We do not offer exchanges or returns for reasons, including but not limited to, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product.
- An order placed with us takes, min. 2 to 10 days to reach our customers, depending upon the location they’re stated in.
- If you unsatisfied with the size you have ordered and want to exchange it for a smaller or bigger size, or if there is a problem with your order due to an error on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner. - Customers can contact us to exchange their order within 7 days from the date of delivery.

We reserve the right not to accept return of products which :
– we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
– are damaged ( except where return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you ).

We will be able to arrange reverse pickup of products, as and when it is confirmed by our Customer Experience Team that the products are in the same condition as delivered to you

Once it is by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.

Please ensure while returning the product, the packing is intact the way it was delivered.

In case of exchange, as we do not have our own delivery service, we will have to outsource to third party delivery services, thus, the customer will have to bear a one way cost of delivering the product to us ( which will be disclosed by our Customer Service Team according to your location for the pickup ).
